We are passionate about LGBT inclusion and this year launched the use of pronoun badges in our centres.
These badges allow for everyone to specifically indicate their pronouns so that each person feels safe at WAEML. This effort is designed to reduce instances of misgendering and to make it easier for you to know which pronouns to use for someone you just met, especially if you are not sure about their correct gender pronouns.
We encourage you to help yourself to a pronoun badge and we welcome you to readily introduce yourself with your preferred pronouns.
